You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
- We need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to return
- Email us at liuissleepy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
- We'll send you the instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and check the product, we refund you using the same payment method.
