How long will my order take?
We prepare orders in 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your address; as soon as your parcel ships we email you the tracking number.
How much is shipping?
Rest of the European Union: FREE on orders over €39.99; otherwise €5.99. No customs or extra fees on delivery.
Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): FREE over €19.99; otherwise €3.99.
Which countries do you ship to?
To all European Union countries, including mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For now we don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside the EU.
Are there any discounts?
Yes! Right now there's 10% off for Christmas, applied automatically in your cart — no code needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Shopify. We never see your card details.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery. See our Returns page.
